Apollodorosaus Perinthos wegen seiner Leistung und seines Wohlwollensgegenüber dem König Lysimachos undgegenüber dem Volk der Athener, und ihnbekränze mit goldenem Kranz gemäß demGesetz; dass Athener sein sollen er undseine Nachkommen, und er eingeschriebenwerde in Phyle und Demos und Phratrie, die er will,gemäß dem Gesetz; dass die Prytanen, dieim Monat Mounichion amtieren,darüber abstimmen lassen in derkommenden Volksversammlung, und dass die Thesmothetenfür ihn die Prüfung einleiten,sobald sie die öffentlichen Gerichtshöfe aufgefüllt haben;– Damit ein Wettstreit sei unter allen, demVolk Nutzen zu erweisen, in dem Wissen, dass sieden Wohltaten angemessenen Dank erwerben werden:dass diesen Beschluss derSekretär, der während der Prytanie amtiert,aufzeichne auf eine steinerne Stele und aufstelle auf derAkropolis; dass für die Aufzeichnung auf der Steledie Finanzverwalter die entstandenen Kostenbegleichen.

- - -- - - [sinceArtemidoros, enjoying the trust and friendship ofking Lysimachos] and despatchedby king Lysimachos tothe People on embassies - - -- - - to king Lysimachosand the Athenian People, and on returningto the king, at every opportunity- - - whatever goodhe can on behalf of the People; and he co-operateswith the embassies despatched to the kingin whatever way they requestof him, for good fortune, the Councilshall decide: that the presiding committee whopresides in the People at thenext Assembly shall put the matter on the agendaand submit the opinion of the Councilto the People, that it seems good to the Councilto praise Artemidoros son of Apollodorosof Perinthos for his excellence and good willto king Lysimachos and tothe Athenian People, and to crownhim with a gold crown according to the law;and he shall be Athenian, and hisdescendants, and shall enrol in the tribe anddeme and phratry that he wishesaccording to the law; and the prytanyin office in the month of Mounichionshall put the vote about him at thefirst Assembly, and the court presidentsshall bring the scrutiny for himwhen they fill the public courts,so that there may be competition for everyone to be of serviceto the People in the knowledge that favoursworthy of their benefactions will be delivered;and the prytany secretaryshall inscribe this decree ona stone stele and stand it on the acropolis,and for inscribing the stelethe board of administrators shall allocate theexpenditure accrued.
